Delete your First Bites account & data
For the First Bites app by Data Hound Tech LLC (Android & web). Pick the option that fits:
Already in the app? Open 👤 Account → Leave family or delete account → Delete account (or ⚙️ Settings → Delete account & data). It does the same thing.
What gets deleted
- Your account: your email address and hashed password.
- Every family you created, for everyone in it: its babies, feedings, reactions, notes, custom foods and lists. If you also use Baby Signs with the same family, its synced data lives in the same family record and is deleted too.
- Your memberships in families that other people created. You’re removed, and their data stays with them.
- Your traqqit login. Your First Bites account is also your login for other traqqit apps (such as Acento and Baby Signs). Deleting it here deletes that login everywhere. If you used another traqqit app, use the request form and we’ll remove anything that app stored.
What’s kept, and for how long
- Data on your phone or in your browser is separate from your account. It stays until you erase it (see below).
- Families someone else created keep their babies and feedings, including entries you logged, but your email is removed from their member list and from “who logged it.” To have those entries removed, ask the family’s creator.
- If other people are in a family you created, the copy on our server is deleted. Their apps keep the babies and feedings already on their devices, and remove your email the next time they sync.
- Server backups (our encrypted daily backups and our host’s weekly snapshots) are overwritten within 60 days.
- Security logs (IP address, time, request) are deleted automatically, usually within about 7 days.
- Deletion requests sent with the form below, and our emails about them, are deleted within 30 days after we finish.
- Cookieless analytics page-view counts, which were never linked to you, are kept.
- Want a copy? In the app, go to ⚙️ Settings → 📄 Doctor report & CSV export. After deletion, we can’t recover anything.
- Paying for a traqqit subscription (like Traqqit Max) with this login? Cancel it first from that app’s “Manage billing.” Deleting your account doesn’t cancel billing on its own. Or use the request form and we’ll handle both.

- Backup copies are overwritten within 60 days.
- The app still works on your devices without an account. To erase the copy on a device too, use ⚙️ Settings → Reset this device in the app, or erase this browser’s data below.
Can’t sign in? Send a request
We’ll email you from alex@datahoundtech.com to confirm the request really came from you. Then we’ll complete it within 30 days. We will never ask for your password.

Data on your device
Without an account, First Bites keeps everything in your browser’s storage on your device. We never receive it, so there’s nothing on our server to delete. To erase it:
- In the app: ⚙️ Settings → Reset this device. If you’re signed in, this also takes you out of your shared family. To remove synced data, delete your account above.
- Android app: the app stores its data through your browser, usually Chrome, so uninstalling may not erase it. To be sure, open Chrome → Settings → Site settings → All sites → firstbites.traqqit.com → Delete data (called “Clear & reset” on some versions).
- iPhone or other browsers: remove the home-screen app and clear website data for firstbites.traqqit.com in your browser’s settings.

This only affects the browser you’re using right now. It doesn’t touch your account or synced data.
